Buffalo Wing Sauce

6 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup Siracha hot chili sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1. Melt the butter in the microwave or saucepan until completely melted.
2. Add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and cider vinegar into a medium size bowl and whisk all the ingredients together until nice and smooth.
3. Serve the buffalo dipping sauce with chicken wings, tenders, or nuggets. Add celery and blue cheese on the side if desired.
To make a Mild Sauce: Change the hot sauce to 1/2 cup and the butter to 8 tablespoons. Keep all of the other ingredients the same. To make a Hotter Sauce: Reduce the butter to 4 tablespoons and the hot sauce to 1/2 cup. Enjoy! Look for my chicken tender nuggets recipe!
