Cinnamon Loaf Bread Pudding


Ingredients:

· 1 loaf of Cinnamon Bread or Raisin Cinnamon Bread, cubed into 1” squares

· 5 eggs

· 1 Cup Sugar

· 3 Cups Heavy Cream

· 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

· 1 Tsp Cinnamon


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.

3. Place the cubed bread into a greased 9 x 11 baking dish and pour the egg mixture over the bread. Allow bread to soak up the mixture for about 15 minutes.

4. Place in the oven for 40-50 minutes until mixture has set.

5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

6. Top with fresh whipped cream if desired.

7. Refrigerate leftovers.
