
Ingredients:
1 Cup Granola
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
2 Cups Plain Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/3 Cup Honey
1 tsp vanilla
12 Muffin Cup liners
1 Pint Blueberries
Directions:
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners. Mix the granola, sugar and melted coconut oil together and spoon into the bottom of the liners.
Combine the yogurt, honey and vanilla and scoop a dollop over the granola and smooth the top.
Top each muffin with the blueberries (about 6-7 each)
Place in the freezer for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
