Yogurt Granola Blueberry Tarts


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Granola

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)

  • 2 Cups Plain Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1/3 Cup Honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 12 Muffin Cup liners

  • 1 Pint Blueberries


Directions:

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners. Mix the granola, sugar and melted coconut oil together and spoon into the bottom of the liners.

  2. Combine the yogurt, honey and vanilla and scoop a dollop over the granola and smooth the top.

  3. Top each muffin with the blueberries (about 6-7 each)

Place in the freezer for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
