Beef Noodle Crock Pot Stew Provencal

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs. beef stew chunks

  • 5 T crushed garlic

  • 5 Scallions, chopped

  • 1 large green pepper, chopped

  • 2 packages (8 oz.) organic tri-colored carrots

  • ½ C Balsamic vinegar

  • 5 T Soy sauce

  • 5 T Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 T basil, dried

  • 1 T cumin

  • Salt, Pepper

  • 2 T Adobe seasoning

  • ½ bag egg noodles

  • 1 can Campbells French onion soup

  • 4 cups of water


Directions:

  1. Place beef in crockpot with seasonings, garlic, scallions and peppers. Stir to mix together. Add carrots on top.

  2. Mix all liquids together in a separate bowl and then pour over the carrots.

  3. Cover and set on low for 6 hours. During the last hour add the egg noodles and cook until tender.

  4. Mix together and serve!
