Buffalo Crock Pot Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 4 large chicken breasts

  • 3 8 oz. cream cheese blocks

  • 16 oz. bottle Ranch dressing

  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar

  • 8 oz. Colby Monterey cheese

  • 18- 24 oz. Buffalo Wing Sauce (as much as you like)

  • 1 bag of Nachos

  • Salt, pepper


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.

  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.

  3. Shred chicken.

  4. To the crockpot add the cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheese(s) and wing sauce.

  5. Add the chicken to the top.

  6. Cook on High for 3 hours. Half-way thru cooking time, stir the contents to mix all together.

Serve over Chips or Crackers.
