Ingredients:
4 large chicken breasts
3 8 oz. cream cheese blocks
16 oz. bottle Ranch dressing
8 oz. shredded cheddar
8 oz. Colby Monterey cheese
18- 24 oz. Buffalo Wing Sauce (as much as you like)
1 bag of Nachos
Salt, pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
Shred chicken.
To the crockpot add the cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheese(s) and wing sauce.
Add the chicken to the top.
Cook on High for 3 hours. Half-way thru cooking time, stir the contents to mix all together.
Serve over Chips or Crackers.
