2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Tenders
1 Package Taco Seasoning
1 10 oz. Can Enchilada Sauce
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 Green onions (scallions), chopped
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Cut chicken tenders into “one inch” chunks and place into a 9x13 sprayed baking dish or pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken tenders and mix up with a spoon.
Pour the Enchilada sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle the cheese(s) over the top and scatter the chopped green onions (scallions)over the top of the cheeses.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
