Low-Carb Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, (drained and rinsed well)

  • ½ C quick oats

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 2 T cocoa powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ C pure maple syrup

  • ¼ C coconut oil

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 Cup milk chocolate chips (You can use dark chocolate chips too!)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor, (only ¼ cup of chips) reserve rest for the top.

  2. Spread in an 8 x 8 Parchment lined baking pan. Sprinkle remaining chips on top.

  3. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.

  4. Let cool and slice.
