Mango Date Frozen Yogurt Smoothie








Another Frozen Smoothie Recipe to cool you off on those hot summer days! A unusual twist on ingredients you will find this smoothie so relaxing and filling!












Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peeled, pitted and diced ripe mango

  • ¾ cup Vanilla Almond milk

  • ¾ cup vanilla frozen Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup chopped Honey Roasted Almonds

  • 2 T Honey

  • 4 large Medjool pitted dates

  • 1 pinch allspice

Directions:

  1. Blend Almond milk with all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve and Enjoy!
