Nachos Supreme Delight

  • 5 cups tortilla chips

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

  • 1 lb. ground turkey

  • 1 1-ounce packet Old El Paso Taco Seasoning

  • 2 10 oz. cans mild diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

  • 1 15 oz. jar Salsa Con Queso

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 2 cups Mexican blend cheese

  • 1 15 oz. jar roasted garlic salsa (or regular flavor)

  • sour cream for garnish


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and turkey over medium high heat. Stir in the taco seasoning and stir to coat. When almost browned, toss in the diced tomatoes & chilies and stir to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. Place the chips on the parchment paper lined, cookie sheet.

  4. Sprinkle the beef & turkey mixture and onions on top of the nachos.

  5. Top with the Mexican blend cheese and bake until heated and the cheese has melted. Approx. 10-15 minutes.

  6. Take out of the oven and spread the Salsa Con Queso over the top. Serve with the roasted garlic salsa and sour cream.
