Nana's Famous Pie Crust

(For a two-crust pie) - For one crust - just 1/2 the ingredients!)


  • 3 Cups flour

  • 3 tsp sugar

  • 1 Cup Vegetable or Canola Oil

  • 4 T ½ & ½ or regular milk

  • ¼ tsp salt


  1. To make the crust, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a fork combine the ingredients together and then form into a ball with your hands. Enough for bottom and top cut-out pieces.

  2. Spread into a pie plate, spreading it up the sides and on the pie plate rim. (You can also roll this dough out if preferred – you will need more flour)

(This is a very flaky, moist pie crust – handed down to me by my Nana)
