Nutri-Bombalicius Green Smoothie





It's all in a name! And this smoothie recipe has it all! Vegetables and fruits galore mixed with seeds and spices! You name it, this smoothie has it! Nutritious and delicious!








INGREDIENTS: 3 ounces kale 2 ounces spinach 1 apple (cored) (frozen) 2 bananas (frozen) 1⁄2 - ounce fresh gingerroot (grated) or 1 tsp spice 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped) 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp turmeric 2 tablespoons flax seeds (ground) 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 tablespoons tomato paste 32 ounces water (or to fill blender to 64 oz)


DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a large blender and process until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately. Note: Ice may be substituted for a portion of the water.
