One Pot Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes (I also use “Fire roasted” tomatoes)

  • 2 3/4 Cups water

  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning (1 tsp each or to your liking)

  • 1 pound Spaghetti, broken in half

  • 10 ounce can tomato with green chilies (optional)

  • parmesan cheese


Directions:

  1. In a large pot add the garlic, tomatoes, water, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and Heat to a boil on high.

  2. Once boiling, add the spaghetti (broken in half) submerging the pasta completely.

  3. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer. Cover and cook 10 -12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.

  4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
