One Pot Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes (I also use “Fire roasted” tomatoes)
2 3/4 Cups water
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning (1 tsp each or to your liking)
1 pound Spaghetti, broken in half
10 ounce can tomato with green chilies (optional)
parmesan cheese
Directions:
In a large pot add the garlic, tomatoes, water, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and Heat to a boil on high.
Once boiling, add the spaghetti (broken in half) submerging the pasta completely.
Reduce heat to maintain a simmer. Cover and cook 10 -12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
