Pot Stickers and Bulgogi Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4cup soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar or honey

  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

  • 1 green onion (scallion), finely chopped

  •  Pinch of red pepper flakes

  • 1 T Chopped Garlic


Directions:

  1. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar (or honey), rice vinegar, and sesame oil to a small bowl.

  2. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  3. Stir in the chopped green onions, add chili flakes and the garlic.

  4. Serve immediately and store in a jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
