Un-Mac Tuna Salad
2 cans wild caught chunk light tuna in water, well drained
2 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup bread & butter sweet pickles, chopped
2 celery sticks, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Serve on top of a salad, or on your favorite bread. (Toasted bread is awesome!)
Note: This is a great starter mix for macaroni salad!
