Un-Mac Tuna Salad


  • 2 cans wild caught chunk light tuna in water, well drained

  • 2 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

  • 1/4 cup bread & butter sweet pickles, chopped

  • 2 celery sticks, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup real mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Serve on top of a salad, or on your favorite bread. (Toasted bread is awesome!)

Note: This is a great starter mix for macaroni salad!
