Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges


  • 1.5 lbs. of tri-color little potatoes sliced into half wedges

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 teaspoons pepper

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with a non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

  3. Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

  4. In a small bowl whisk together salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.

  5. Sprinkle the potato wedges with the seasoning mixture.

  6. Place potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and golden.

*Serve with a side of sour cream or ranch dressing if desired.
