Basil Pesto

  • 2 cups Basil leaves, packed

  • ½ Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese

  • ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts

  • 3 Garlic cloves

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper


  1. Add the basil leaves and walnuts into a food processor and mix.

  2. Add the garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix all together.

  3. Slowly stream in the Oil, a little bit at a time while mixing all together.

  4. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
