Ingredients:
· 1 box cake mix (any kind) (Funfetti, chocolate, vanilla)
· 1 tsp baking powder
· 2 eggs
· ½ Cup vegetable oil
· 1 Cup semisweet chocolate chips (or other chips) (or none at all)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix and baking powder.
3. Add eggs and oil, then mix until well blended. 4. Stir in chips and drop by rounded spoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheets. 5. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
