2 Cups White Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups White Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 ½ Cups Canola or Vegetable Oil
1 ½ Cups grated carrots
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ Cup (1 stick) Butter
2 2/3 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the flour, baking soda, sugar and cinnamon in a mixer.
Add the eggs one at a time until mixed in. Add the oil and mix.
Add in the grated carrots last and mix until smooth.
Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins.
Let cool on a rack completely before frosting.

In your mixer, combine the cream cheese and the butter until mixed. Add the vanilla and slowly add the confectioners’ sugar.
Mix until combined and frosting is nice and creamy. Set aside. Frost the cake when cooled and store in the refrigerator!
