Carrot Cake Smoothie


Carrot Cake in a smoothie? You bet! Why not combine these favorite ingredients into a healthier version of carrot cake that you can drink and enjoy!


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled

  • 4 carrots, with peels, scrubbed

  • 2 apples, cored

  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh is best)

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

  • 8 cubes ice, or as needed

Directions:

  1. Blend the bananas, carrots, apples, yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice, flax seed and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Serve and Enjoy!
