Grapefruit, Spinach & Ginger Smoothie




Love Grapefruit? Then you will love this unique smoothie recipe that incorporates grapefruit, spinach and fresh ginger! Like the sound of that? Then Go ahead and give this smoothie a try!





Ingredients:

  • 3 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 3 ounces fresh spinach

  • 6 ice cubes

  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece peeled fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Blend grapefruit, water, spinach, ice cubes, ginger, and flax seeds in a blender or Food Processor until smooth.

  2. Serve and Enjoy!
