Ingredients:
1 Rotisserie or baked whole Chicken - skin removed, meat pulled off bones and chopped
3 Cups Organic Chicken Broth
1 Cup half and half
2 (15 oz.) cans great northern beans or butter beans, rinsed and drained
1 (11 oz.) can white corn, drained
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, undrained
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion flakes
2 Tbsp. dried minced garlic
2 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Chili seasoning (make your own - see my recipe under the tab - "dressings & seasonings")
1 lb. Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese, plus additional for topping if desired.
Directions:
Add all ingredients to your crock pot in the order listed above.
Stir all together.
Set your Crockpot on low and cook for 6 -7 hours.
Serve and top with additional cheddar cheese if desired.
