T Town Beef Chili


Ingredients:

· 2 lbs. ground beef · 1 15 oz. can kidney beans · 1 15 oz. can butter beans · 1 28 oz. can baked beans · 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes · 1 medium onion, chopped · 2 T brown sugar · 2 T unsweetened cocoa · 1 T chili seasoning · 2 tsp. ground cumin · 2 tsp. ground cinnamon · Salt, pepper · 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese


Directions:

1. In 8-quart slow cooker, combine beef, beans, crushed tomatoes and onion.

2. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, cocoa, chili seasoning, cumin, cinnamon, salt and black pepper. Stir together. Sprinkle into the crock pot and combine all the ingredients, breaking up the ground beef. Replace lid and cook on Low 6 hours.

3. When ready to serve, top with Cheddar Cheese.

Serve with home-made corn bread!
