Creamy Italian Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 4 Tablespoons white vinegar

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until all mixed together. This will be a light, creamy texture. (Not thick)

  3. Store in a sealed container.

  4. Store in the refrigerator for a week to two weeks.

    (This dressing is also great over pasta!) Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese!
