6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon organic sugar
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 T Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons freshly grated ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
Combine all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Mix all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.
Serve over your favorite salad or as a dipping sauce! Keep refrigerated.
Note: If too thin, add more olive oil. If too thick, add a touch of milk or water!
