Dumpling Soup

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. Package of Pork and Vegetable dumplings
4 packets Chicken flavored Bouillon with 4 Cups Water (or 4 cups of Chicken Broth)
5 carrots, cut into small pieces
4 scallions, cut into small pieces
2 T Soy sauce
Rice (if desired)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except the scallions) into a large pot.
Bring to a boil. Then turn temperature down to simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the dumplings are cooked thru and rise to the top of the liquid.
Add the scallions into the soup.
Make the rice separately, and then add to the soup if desired.
