Garlic Sesame Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 T oregano, minced

  • 2 T Yellow Onion, minced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 T ginger, minced

  • ¼ Cup brown sugar

  • 1 T roasted sesame seeds

  • ½ Cup rice vinegar

  • ½ Cup peanut oil

  • 2 T sesame oil

  • ½ Cup soy sauce

  • 1 T white sugar (optional - add only if your soy sauce is really strong flavored!) (Mine IS!)


Directions:

  1. Mix all together in a blender or food processor.

  2. Store in a sealed container.

Home-Made dressings are so easy to make, all natural and so much healthier for you!

Great on Bruschetta and Garlic Bread too!
