Good Morning Smoothie




And a good morning you will have when you wake up to this smoothie recipe! Full of ingredients to help you start your day with a lot of energy! This recipe will keep you going all morning!







Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Original

  • 2 frozen bananas; peeled and chopped

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/2 cup mango; chopped

  • 1/2 cup carrot; chopped

  • 8 to 10 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and go from mix to liquify in steps.

  2. Let it blend on liquify (or the highest setting) for 30 seconds.

  3. The trick to this smoothie is REALLY blending it.

  4. Taste and add more coconut milk if you like a thinner consistency.
