Ingredients:
16 frozen hash browns
1 15 oz. Can Creamed Corn
1 10.5 oz. Can cream of chicken soup
1 Medium onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1-pound ground sirloin or hamburger
Salt, pepper
4 scallions, chopped (if desired)
1 8 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook ground sirloin with onions, garlic salt & pepper until no longer pink.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray, and line 8 hash brown patties along the bottom.
Add the creamed corn, soup and ¾ of the shredded cheddar cheese to the pan and cook until mixed together.
Spread on top of the hash browns evenly. Add the 8 slices cheddar cheese to the top of the mixture.
Layer the other 8 hash browns on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped scallions (if desired).
Bake in a 375-degree oven for 45 minutes. Slice and serve!
