1 lb. ground beef
1 can creamed corn
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 T sour cream
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Bag frozen Tater Tots
1) In a large skillet, cook chopped onion and beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in corn, soup, 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper.
2) Line bottom of 9 x 12 pan coated with cooking spray with the tater tots. (reserve a few for the top) Layer beef mixture on top of the tater tots and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and tater tots.
3) Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
