Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 cup Almond Flour


Directions:

  1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla.

  2. Mix in almond flour.

  3. With a scoop or spoon drop onto parchment papered cookie sheet.

  4. Press down lightly with a fork.

  5. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes.

    *makes approx. 16 cookies
