Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls


(Healthy version – not just for kids!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups dry oatmeal

  • 1 Cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 Cup peanut butter

  • ½ Cup milled flax seed

  • 2/3 Cup honey

  • 2 tsp vanilla


Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Roll into 1-inch balls and place in a container and freeze for one hour before serving.

  2. Keep frozen. (Makes 2 dozen)

(I make two batches! – My son just loves them so much!)
