When are you going to decide the right time to start your health happiness journey? What are you waiting for? Life is going by you every single day, and you are stuck in your same old patterns, same old habits, same old lifestyle. For What? Why? So, you can keep losing your breath walking to get the mail or up a flight of stairs? So, you can keep binge-watching shows on Net-Flix, not moving from your couch and missing out on family and friend events?
So, you can miss out on breathing in all that fresh air outside going for walks? So, you can miss out on what can bring you so much joy in your life?
For what? Why? If not now, then when?
When are you going to decide to make the changes to your health, so you can do everything you have always wanted to do?
Stop telling yourself I will start next week. Stop making those new years resolutions that you will never fulfill. Stop putting off your health for another day, another week, another year!
I used to be that person that always said, I’ll start tomorrow. And ya know what, all those tomorrows never came until I was 170 pounds overweight, until I couldn’t climb the stairs without losing my breath, until I never even thought about getting fresh air and going for mile-long walks, and until TV became my new best friend!
I decided enough was enough. It was time to get my health happiness back once and for all. It took all my effort to just start. And before I knew it, I was taking that journey I had been longing to take forever.
One day at a time. One step at a time. I knew it wasn’t going to happen overnight, but I knew it was going to happen.
Now a couple years later, I am almost at my goal weight, and I feel better than I have in years!
No more huffing and puffing going up those stairs! No more being a couch potato! I am even enjoying all that fresh air I am breathing in and walking every week!
You just have to decide one day if not now, when?
