It's Time To Write Your Own Story!

What are you waiting for? If you have ever had a reason to write your own story the time is now! It is a new year; it needs to be a new you! What better way to promote your newfound health happiness journey than to write about it! Share your story with the world. You deserve to be heard.
The easiest way I have found to stay on the right path towards better health is to write about it weekly. It helps to keep me focused and motivated to stay on track with my own healthy journey of a lifetime!
Whether you keep a journal, or make a video, or write a blog; writing down your reasons to live your own story and to stay healthy is a very therapeutic way of keeping your goals and dreams in place. Staying motivated and focused for me started three years ago, when I started writing my weekly blog. I started it to keep myself in check and accountable to living a healthier life! Not just for me, but for my family. They really want me to live a long, healthy life! To be in charge of my own happiness, and to be around for a long time to meet my grandchildren one day!
Being diagnosed as obese and diabetic and needing to go on medicine daily, really put things into perspective for me! I did not want to live the rest of my life this way, dependent on medication to keep me healthy. So, my motivation to cure myself and become a healthier, happier person started the first day I wrote my first word in my first ever blog!
Going strong and being consistent every week has kept me balanced and inspired to keep making the much-needed changes I needed to make and to maintain for myself. To achieve all of my goals I have set for myself and to reach them one at a time.
Whatever your motivation is to become a healthier you, writing it all down, daily, weekly or even monthly is a great tool towards achieving success in your goals and keeping them alive!
These three words are all you need to remember to stay on track and to be motivated to write your own story and live the life you want to live. Not just the way that you need too, but to live your life the way that you want to! As a new, stronger, healthier, motivated, inspired YOU!
Keeping the changes, you have already made, or intend to make is so much easier to reach and control, when you write everything down that is keeping you motivated and inspired to move forward with all of the changes in the first place! Wow (that was a mouthful)! But so very true!
You can re-focus on your daily or weekly efforts you have made, by just reviewing what you have already written. Having a bad day? Look back in your journal or blog and re-read what you wrote on a similar day! It will remind you of where you have come from and where you want to go to become successful. Reading your own story will be a constant reminder to why you have started this journey in the first place. To become a healthier, happier YOU!
So, go ahead, write your own story and live the story that you want to live. Not just for today but for tomorrow and every day after that! You are so enough; you are so worth it! The world can’t wait to read your story, and neither can YOU!
