Kale and Peach Smoothie




Yes! Finally a Kale smoothie! Mixed with fresh, frozen, or canned peaches! Kale never tasted so good in a smoothie before! Good just became - scrump-dilly-icious!










Ingredients:

1 Cup baby kale leaf

1 large peach (fresh, frozen or canned), sliced

4 Tablespoons Vanilla yogurt (sugar-free)

7-8 Whole Almonds

4-5 Ice Cubes


Directions:

Blend all ingredients together into a smooth mixture.

Strain and pour into a serving glass.
