Ingredients:
1 Can Spam, chopped into little squares 2 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened ¼ Cup mayonnaise ¼ tsp yellow mustard 2 T parsley Flakes 1 small, minced onion ¼ tsp tabasco sauce Walnuts chopped (optional)
Directions:
Mix the softened cream cheese with mayonnaise in a mixer.
Add the mustard, parsley, onion and Tabasco sauce until well combined. Stir in the chopped spam.
Refrigerate overnight.
Next Day: Separate into two balls and roll into chopped walnuts.
Hint: I usually keep one big ball and will leave off the walnuts, if my peeps do not like them! Serve with crackers of your choice!
