Mint & Spinach Power Smoothie









"Popeye" would be so proud to drink this smoothie! Spinach never tasted so good in a smoothie before, until now!












INGREDIENTS: 2 bananas 1 cup rice milk 1 teaspoon organic honey 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt

8 oz. Baby Spinach

5 fresh mint leaves

DIRECTIONS: 1. Blend bananas, rice milk, honey and yogurt into a blender or food processor until all are well mixed.

2. Add the spinach and mint leaves and blend until smooth. Adjust with more or less rice milk depending on how thick you like the smoothie to be. Decorate with a few extra mint leaves on top! Serve and Enjoy this healthy treat!
