Pina Colada Smoothie

Who doesn't love a nice, cool refreshing pina colada in a smoothie? This delightful smoothie will have you staying nice and relaxed on a hot summer day! Plus it's healthy for you!

(No alcohol is required)





Ingredients:

• 1/2 frozen banana

• 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

• 1/3 cup pineapple or pina colada juice

• 1/4 cup coconut milk

• a handful of ice cubes


Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1

minute. Serve immediately.
