Pineapple - Garlic Pork Chops


** Marinade the day before for a better flavor**

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops – (1 inch thick)

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened pineapple juice

  • 2/3 Cup dry sherry

  • 2 T brown sugar

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary leaves

  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except chops & mix well.

  2. Place pork chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

  3. Next day – Broil about 5 mins on each side. Or Grill!
