Roasted Tri-color Carrots

Ingredients:

1 Bag of Tri-colored baby carrots

Sea salt, pepper

2 -3 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 T Garlic Powder

2 T Fresh basil chopped

2 T Fresh Rosemary


Directions:

• Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut carrots in half, lengthwise and spread onto a tin-foiled or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

• Sprinkle the olive oil over the carrots and season with the salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix up together on the sheet.

• Sprinkle the basil and rosemary over the top of the carrots.

• Bake for 20-22 minutes or until tender.

• Serve Immediately.
