Seafood Crock Pot Chowder

2 8 oz. Cream cheese
2 Large Cans Clam Chowder Soup
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Medium onions, chopped
2 Carrots, chopped
2 Potatoes, chopped
2 Cups ½ and ½ (or 1 cup regular milk and 1 cup heavy cream)
1 package Imitation crab meat
2 pounds bay scallops
4 cans tiny shrimp
1 package flounder, pollock or sole
*Note* This recipe is for a "large crockpot" - for smaller crockpots - simply cut the recipe in half!
Add cream cheese, soups and ½ and ½ to the crock pot and mix together. Add the vegetables and stir all together.
Finally add the seafood and mix together. Season with salt and pepper.
Set the crock pot on low (6 hours) or on High for (4 hours).
