Seafood Crock Pot Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 2 8 oz. Cream cheese

  • 2 Large Cans Clam Chowder Soup

  • 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 2 Medium onions, chopped

  • 2 Carrots, chopped

  • 2 Potatoes, chopped

  • 2 Cups ½ and ½

  • 1 package Imitation crab meat

  • 2 pounds bay scallops

  • 4 cans tiny shrimp

  • 1 package flounder, pollock or sole

  • Fresh Basil, chopped (optional)


Directions:

  1. Add cream cheese, soups and ½ and ½ to the crock pot and mix together. Add the vegetables and stir all together.

  2. Finally add the seafood and mix together. When almost done, top with the fresh basil leaves!

  3. Set the crock pot on low (6 hours) or on High for (4 hours).
