Sheet Pan Quesadillas


Ingredients:

  • Family Pack Flour Tortillas (20)

  • 1 lb. Hamburger

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 Small Onion, chopped

  • Pepperoni Slices, chopped (as much as you want)

  • 1/2 each of Yellow and Orange Peppers, chopped

  • 1 T. Chili Seasoning (or to your liking)

  • 1 T. Steak Seasoning (or to your liking)

  • 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar/Monterey Cheese Blend

  • 1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a large baking sheet.

  2. Place 12 tortillas along the bottom. (4 on each side - overlapping and 2 on the ends hanging over just a bit on the ends)

  3. Brown your hamburger with the chili and steak seasoning. Add the garlic and stir until evenly cooked.

  4. Spread the hamburger mixture over the tortillas.

  5. Next spread the pepperoni slices, onions, and peppers.

  6. Finally, spread the cheese over the top.

  7. Add the 8 remaining tortillas over the top of the cheese. (4 on each side, overlapping)

  8. Fold the ends over and under the tops.

  9. Brush with the Olive oil over the whole top.

  10. Place in a pre-heated 425 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and the cheese has melted.

  11. Slice and serve with a side of taco sauce and sour cream if desired. Be prepared they are messy and so good!
