Ingredients: 2 lbs. Wild caught raw shrimp (peeled and deveined) Make it easy for yourself! 4 garlic cloves, minced Salt, pepper 4 T butter or Ghee 2 T lemon juice 1 pound pasta (I used organic spaghetti) Parsley flakes, optional
Alfredo Sauce: 1/4 cup butter 1 cup heavy cream 1 1/2 cups fresh parmesan cheese Salt, pepper
Directions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Alfredo Sauce: 2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add cream, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Set aside. Shrimp: 3. Melt butter or ghee in a skillet. Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Once garlic is a bit browned, add the shrimp.
4. Cook on medium heat until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Add the lemon juice and stir all together. 5. Drain pasta, add alfredo sauce and shrimp and mix all together. 6. Top with parsley and serve! Voila Dinner is done!
