Spaghetti Lasagna Casserole


  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 1 (24 oz.) jar of spaghetti sauce

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 Cup sour cream

  • 1 Cup cottage cheese

  • 1 (16 oz.) package spaghetti or angel hair pasta

  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 Cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • salt, pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Boil your pasta noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. While your pasta is cooking, brown your hamburger and drain well.

  4. Add the spaghetti sauce to your hamburger and set aside.

  5. In a medium sized bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. In a 9 x 11 casserole dish start your assembly.

  7. First - place half of your cooked pasta into the casserole dish.

  8. Second - Take your cream cheese mixture and spread it all over the pasta.

  9. Third - Place the rest of the noodles over the mixture.

  10. Fourth - Place the meat sauce on top of the noodles.

  11. Fifth - Sprinkle the cheddar and parmesan cheeses over the top and cover with tin foil.

  12. Bake for 40-45 minutes and serve!
