Lemon, Feta & Olive Oil Pasta

1 lb. Spaghetti
1 lb. bacon, (cooked, cut and chopped)
5 T Olive oil
1 Lemon (juice), plus zest
1 Block crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Large Red Onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 -2 tsp. dried basil (or fresh leaves) *optional
Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
While the pasta is cooking, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the lemon juice, zest and cooked, chopped bacon. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked pasta and feta cheese and toss altogether.
Top with the dried or fresh basil (if desired). Serve!
