Well. Are you? Are you a couch potato? Are you getting outside? Do you go to the gym? Do you move around at home?
If not, you are doing your body a disservice! Exercise or any kind of movement on a daily basis is so beneficial to your mental and physical well-being!

Exercise controls weight. Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain?
Exercise can help maintain weight loss?

Exercise can put you in a better mood?
Exercise can keep you flexible?
Exercise reduces brain fog?
Exercise lowers blood pressure?

There are so many benefits to getting daily exercise. Just 10 minutes a day of any kind of movement to your body will greatly benefit your over-all well-being!
Move, move, move!
Don’t you want to feel better? Remember how good it feels when winter is over, and Spring has sprung!
Remember how you feel when you can finally get outside and breath in all that fresh air on your walk or jog?
Being cooped up inside all winter doesn’t have to stop you from doing exercise!
Don’t let it be your reason to not move at all. Don’t let it be your reason to give up on exercise all together!
There are plenty of kinds of exercise you can do right at home!! Don’t belong to a gym? No worries! Here are some great exercises to do at home when you just can’t get outside!
Going for a walk or a jog around your neighborhood is an easy and accessible type of exercise.
Have a Dance party. Put on your favorite dance music and move that body!
Build your own workout. Simple stretching exercises, going up and down your stairs. Lifting your legs from the couch are great starts to moving your body!
Go outside and play Frisbee or catch a ball! (Your dogs will love this also!)
Catch and kick. Remember playing kickball as a kid? Well, here ya go! Be young again! (your kids will also love this)
Take the stairs at shopping malls, at work, anywhere you can!
Jump rope. (Give yourself some space first)
Do some at home Yoga!
Got a hula hoop? This is a great form of exercise for your middle!
And of course, you can use your at home exercise equipment! A treadmill or exercise bike are great, and they don’t take up much room!
It doesn’t matter how old or young you are! It is never too late or too early to start a great exercise routine!
Exercise = feel better, eat better, sleep better. Everything better!
Even if you can’t move your body like you would want to right now due to medical or weight restrictions, there is always, always some kind of movement you can do! No excuses, just move it to lose it.
There doesn’t even have to be a reason!
Just do it because you need to. Because you want to.
Your body will thank you for it!
