Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sriracha seasoning
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 2 large zucchini spiralized
Directions:
1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, and honey; set aside.
2. To a large skillet, add 1 teaspoon oil and onions. Cook onions down for 2 minutes or until tender.
3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Next, add the sauce to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute then add the spiralized zucchini noodles.
5. Cook for 4-5 minutes until zoodles are tender and fully coated with sauce.
Serve immediately!
