Beef & Barley Stew


Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs. beef stew chunks

  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 3 small onions, chopped

  • 2 large carrots, chopped

  • 3 large potatoes, chopped

  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms

  • 1 32-ounce carton of Beef Broth

  • 4 T Italian Seasoning

  • Salt, Pepper

  • 1 cup Beef Barley


Directions:

  1. Place the beef in the crockpot. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add all the other vegetables.

  3. Add the beef barley and the beef broth. Season with the Italian Seasoning.

  4. Mix all together.

  5. Cover and set on low for 6 hours.

Serve and Enjoy!
