Beef Skillet Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 1 T Olive Oil

  • 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin strips

  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 ¼ Cups Beef broth

  • 3 T minced garlic

  • 1 small red onion chopped

  • 1 Cup water

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp Soy sauce

  • Salt, Pepper

  • 3 Cups “uncooked” spiral pasta

  • ½ Cup sour cream


Directions:

1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onions, garlic and beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned, stirring often.

2. Add soup, broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and pasta.

3. Cook over medium heat for approx. 15 minutes, or until done, stirring.

4. Add the sour cream and heat through. Serve and Enjoy!
