Beer Bread


Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Bread flour, or all-purpose flour

  • 1/3 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 Bottle of warm Beer (Your favorite flavor)

  • 3 T softened Butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

  3. Add the warm beer and hand mix until combined and sticky.

  4. Spread into a parchment paper lined or sprayed 9 x 5 loaf pan.

  5. Spread the softened butter over the top of the loaf.

  6. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes until the top is nicely browned.
