Bratwurst, Bacon & Cabbage in the Crock Pot!


Ingredients:

  • 10 links Bratwurst

  • 1 lb. Bacon

  • 1/2 Head small green cabbage, sliced into small pieces

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Vegetable Seasoning

  • 2 Cups beef broth

  • Pappardelle or Flat noodles

Directions:

  1. To a crock pot add the bratwurst and lay the bacon on top.

  2. Add the cabbage, onion, garlic, seasoning and beef broth.

  3. Set the crockpot on low for 6 hours.

  4. During the last half hour, add the noodles.

  5. Continue on low until the noodles are soft.

** With the leftover cabbage - make coleslaw and serve on the side! **
